One day, a pink lady named Izzy made a little video game for fun. That game, Pro Ass Fishing, became an instant overnight sensation, taking the world by storm and making Izzy the richest woman on the planet! Izzy soon lost all sense of normalcy in her life, spiraling into depression, drugs, sex, and ennui.

Izzy used her filthy money to found a despotic micro-nation in an island off the coast of Florida, apparently populated by fish-girls! Now, ruling with a drunken fist, Izzy's life has gotten even more unhinged and depraved, because after all, who's going to say no to the Queen of Key Manati?

However, it turns out that there are people that money can't buy. People who are just as driven and unhinged as Izzy herself. A crew of dangerous malcontents led by the treacherous Captain Orca have made their mission clear. KILL ALL FISH-GIRLS! And if Izzy and her friends get in the way?

They die too.
