Izzy is in exile, and has bought an uninhabited island chain off the coast of Florida. She has now founded a despotic micro-nation, and rules with a drunken fist! The sex, drugs, and madness have only gotten stranger and more depraved, because who's going to say no to the Queen of Key Manati?

However, danger lurks in the waters offshore, as it seems that the fish-girls Izzy based her hit game off of may be real after all. Now a strange group of maritime weirdos led by the enigmatic Captain Orca have made it their mission to hunt them down!
